This is a very rough idea - I do not know the dimensions of our dance area and I won’t know specifics until Saturday shortly before we dance. I will relay information to Liz, Bill, Sandy and Elena the day of the event as I figure out spacing, timing and sound. Please arrive near the stage at 12:45. Bring chairs to sit in if you are plan on hanging out. When you enter the dance, don’t enter as a clump but spread out along the area you are entering from. You may even just pop up from your chair and start dancing. You are in the grouping you indicated on your registration form unless I’ve been in touch to tell you something different.

The dance ends on the 14th wall which starts at 12 o’clock, the dance ends as we are doing the rhumba box facing 3 o’clock. You will step Right foot to the right, left food will step next to your right. Then you will step your right foot back back, open up your body 1/4 turn to face 12 o’clock with your left foot stepping to the left. You can raise your arms up as if to say “ta da, we’re done”. Stand there for like 3 seconds and then move about the fair and have a fantastic day!!!

Sandy - Sandy’s Group & Other : Gather at 3 o’clock wall, enter dance on wall 4 facing 9 o’clock (dancing B)

Elena - Elena’s Group: Gather at 6 o’clock wall, enter on wall 5 facing 12 o’clock (dancing A)

Liz - Deanna Advanced Class: Advanced Dancers Begin dance facing 12 o’clock, Liz will find the center point of the dance area.

Deanna - Improver, Beginner, Friday Morning groups: Gather at 9 o’clock wall, Enter dance on wall 6 facing 3 o’clock (dancing A)

All details regarding the Flashmob will be listed here. Plan on arriving to the Holbrook Country Club by 12:45. We will perform the Flashmob at the first band break.

Please sign up below and indicate which group you’ll want to dance with for the Flashmob. Each group will enter on a different wall (to be assigned once I get an idea of how many people are participating)
